Back to the beginning of The Book of Armless Theo

The first comic Previous comic

11/17/09: My T-shirt design submission is up for scoring. The next 7 days will determine the fate of my design. If it gets a high enough score it could be printed and Threadless will pay me $2,500 in cash and prizes for it. If you would like to help make that happen, give my design a high score. Shell-less Club - Threadless T-shirts, Nude No More Thanks!

11/13/09: This time the Armless Theo comic is running behind because I have been working a lot on a T-shirt design for Threadless.com.

10/24/09: I struggled with this page forever, but here it is, finally. Check back a year from now for the next page of Armless Theo. Or sooner!

10/20/09: Here is a new drawing of a man and his tree: A man and his tree This images is not safe for work, by the way.

10/17/09: Here are the two album cover designs I drew for Munook and his album "In and Of It": View of the City A God and It's Symbols

About Armless Theo: it seems every time I think I am going to start updating more regularly, I end up not updating for several weeks. Well, the next page sketched out. I just need to ink it. So I'll be doing that. Apparently when I work on one long story for a long time, I get tired and frustrated with it. I do better when I have a few smaller projects going on at the same time. But not too many, or it gets overwhelming.

I think I am going to be making Demitopia available through printed issues, for only a few dollars each. There will be free sample pages online, though.

9/21/09: I have been working on some other things, like album art for Munook. That's one main reason the next page of Armless Theo isn't finished yet.

8/20/09: I'm going to try to get the next page of Theo up by tomorrow, Friday (8/21). Each page keeps turning out to be harder than I expect it to be. Maybe I should just expect each page to be hard.

7/8/09: I am actively working on the next page of Armless Theo. It should possibly be up by tomorrow (the 9th). Sorry for the long space between pages, again. It happens too often.

6/19/09: What's this comic? This is the first page of a new series I was hoping to start soon-ish. Yup, even though I can't seem to even update Armless Theo on time, I feel like starting another series to do at the same time. How can I possible manage that? I don't know. But sometimes I feel like working on something else, other than the main story I've been doing for years now. There's no set title for the new comic. The working title is something like "Semitopia." The new comic is suppose to be fun and easy for me.

5/12/09: New page of Armless Theo coming soon. Here are two new paintings: Theo as a Bonsai Tree A God and It's Symbols

4/15/09: The Book of Armless Theo Part 1 is now available in print through Amazon.com. Just click on the title, there. This is the first part of the Armless Theo story, the first 30 pages of the comic. There are also some extra drawings thrown in, including early character design for Theo and Phylo. You all want to buy a copy? It's nice to have in paper form, I think. Good quality, too.

In other news: I got some great fanart by Galago. See? It's spiffy.

11/16/08: Ok, this is different. Text with no pictures. Here is a Brief History of The City and Sacred Text. I don't think I'm very good at writing outside of a comic and I'm a little nervous about posting it. That's mostly why I've been taking so long to post any of The Sacred Text. Especially sine the Sacred Text itself isn't really meant to be written very well. But aside from the technical difficulty of writing something that doesn't suck, this was pretty fun. So I hope others can enjoy it some too.
